1. What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of these cds, all Sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if the product will not work, you may return it to us for a replacement cd within 15 days of receipt.

2. How soon will my item be shipped?

Most items are shipped on the next business day after payment has been received. W e use the US Post Office as our main shipper.
